With the warmer days we’ve been having, and Spring approaching, there’s been more rodent activity here in Sedona and the Verde Valley. This homeowner in Sedona complained of hearing noises in the wall at night when they went to bed. Rodents can access your home through the smallest of openings and will often nest in areas they find as shelter. The trick is to seal off any access points. When you walk around your house, inspect the exterior and look around for anything that may be broken or misplaced. The broken cinderblock pictured made for an easy access point for the critters to get in.
